After you purchase your STRIDESENSE on*, you have 30 days from the day of delivery to try your STRIDESENSE.


If you decide you want to return your STRIDESENSE for whatever reason, then please contact us.

  1. Email us at for authorization first. Please specify why you want to return your STRIDESENSE.

  2. We will send return instructions via email.

  3. We can only process returns in our headquarters in Glasgow. All returns must be sent to:

  4. We do not refund import duties (if applicable).

  5. We do not offer free return shipping (regardless of location).

  6. Once we receive your STRIDESENSE, we inspect the package to make sure the full contents of your original order were returned. 

  7. After inspecting the package, we will credit your account. We can only refund your purchase using the method used to purchase STRIDESENSE originally and we will notify you once we credited your account.

*If you purchased your Stryd from a distributor or other vendor, contact them for their return policy and instructions. We cannot process returns for purchases not made on 

Important Information

1.1 Any delivery date stated on the Site or in any document or email is approximate only and shall not constitute any guarantee of delivery on any particular date.

1.2 Title and risk of loss shall pass to you upon delivery of the products by us to the applicable common carrier, unless as otherwise agreed upon in writing by us.

1.3 Delivery charges will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options.

1.4 We will deliver to the address specified in your order. You cannot change your shipment address after your order is placed.

1.5 You have the right to cancel your order, return a product or cancel a service contract for any reason, within your statutory rights. To return a product purchased from the Site, please send your intent to return or cancel to us anytime prior to the date 30 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s) by following the instructions on Return for refund request page, filling out your order details and requested information to request a refund.

Once you notify us of your intent to return, simply return the product with the original receipt, original packaging and its included accessories to us. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return or cancel a service contract to then return your products. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Please note that you may not return the following, except in case of defect or lack of conformity:

  • Electronic software downloads when download has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal.

  • Services, after the services have been fully performed if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the services have been fully performed. If services have not been fully performed, and you have requested performance to begin within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the service contract, you will be charged an amount proportional to the services rendered until the time you have informed us of your intent to cancel the service contract.

  • Sealed software that was unsealed after delivery.
